Meet The Family
Kenneth Sharp
Ken Sharp is the Co-founder and CEO of SWFI. Ken graduated from Kaplan University, specializing in Business Management and Finance. Born in Cleveland Ohio, and raised on a horse ranch in the rural suburbs. He grew to have a strong passion for taking care of animals, and appreciating nature. Later on, he developed his craft in music, learning to sing, write, and compose. Building relationships, entertaining the crowds, and making a difference in his community are always his top priority.
Melanie Malkawi
Melanie Malkawi is the Co-founder and CFO of SWFI. Born in Dearborn MI, to a family of five children, Melanie later moved to Ohio. After graduating from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College Of Business, Melanie became specialized in relationship-building, finance, and is especially skilled in science and mathematics. She’s a vocalist, actress, performer, and animal activist. She loves the ocean, hiking outdoors, and traveling the world.
Rebecca Sonier
Rebecca Sonier is the Regional Manager for SWFI. Born in Toronto and grew up in Cleveland & Los Angeles. Rebecca has more than 20 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, and client relations. She is a humanitarian who still passionately believes that the world can be better! Proud mother of 3 sons and a rebellious daughter. Years of experience with her family and the insurance industry have given her the tools she needs to provide the highest level of experience for the families we serve.
